In this seminar, you will be trained in the documentation of radioactive waste for the Konrad repository. In addition to the regulatory basics and the waste acceptance criteria, the lecturers will explain the structure of waste management documentation and present on the market proven software for residue flow tracking and control. At the end of the seminar there will be a practical exercise for the preparation of the documentation of waste packages for final disposal.

LEARNING TARGETS
The aim of the seminar is to enable you to understand the needed content and the structure of the documentation for final disposal and to prepare such a documentation under guidance. At the end of the seminar, you will comprehend the structure of repository documentation and you will get to know a software solution supporting the documentation of residues and waste within a live demonstration. The software solution is called ReVK and is one of the two established software tools on the German market for waste flow tracking and control.
