FIRST MULTI-ELEMENT ANALYSES OF WASTE INCINERATION ASH COMPLETED

The first series of measurements in ASHCON was completed. From eight batches of sample material (each about 10 kg), 500 to 600 g of sample material were taken and analyzed in their entirety. Compared to other analytical methods, this is an enormously high sample mass, which leads to a higher representativeness of the measurement results.

The complete evaluation of data is expected in Q1/2023. In the meantime, the sample material will be made available to the project partners for further tests.
